Passage of the Day - April 6, 2011

Zechariah 12:2-3

 ²"Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah.

 ³"It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.

I fear that we may be heading to either a fulfillment of this prophecy or a foreshadowing of it.  All of this unrest in the Middle East, our direct involvement in Libya and our indirect involvement in other uprisings, the imminently expected return of the Twelfth Imam, and the United Nations’ pending vote for a Palestinian state is making me think we may be much closer to the fulfillment of this prophecy than I did three months ago.  Pay attention to what is going on and show others how this was all prophesied in the Bible.
