Passage of the Day - April 5, 2011

Zechariah 12:1

 ¹The burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Thus declares the LORD who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him,

What strikes me here is the affirmation of who God is.  Sometimes we need a reminder of God’s power and exactly whom we are dealing with.  It is important to remember to praise God in this way.  This is the part of my prayer life that has needed the most work.  I am going to get better with that now.
