Passage of the Day - February 6, 2013

John 15:16

You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

What I have to constantly remind myself of is the fact that we have all been appointed to go and bear fruit.  Although a plant appears to just sit there and eventually fruit comes out, the inner workings of a plant proves otherwise.  Whatever path I end up choosing, it will be a path where God will expect work and diligence to the good works He has laid out before me.  This period of questioning and contemplating is coming to a close.  It is just about time to choose a path to run on and run with purpose.
